These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mamont governing your access to and use of the Relook mobile application.

BY USING Relook, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Relook, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Relook. If you are between 13 and 17, you may only use the app with parental or guardian approval.

3. Description of Service

Relook provides the following features:

  • Face Shape: AI-powered face shape analysis and personalized hairstyle recommendations
  • Catalog: Browse and try on hundreds of hairstyles (short, medium, long, textured)
  • Colorist: Virtual hair color changes with extensive color palette (natural, pastel, creative colors)
  • Reference: Transfer hairstyle style from reference photos to your own photos
  • Gallery: Save and manage all your generated results
  • AI Pick: Automatic color and style recommendations based on your features
  • Before/After comparison view
  • Share and save results
  • Multi-language support

3.1 Subscription Service

Relook offers subscription plans (Weekly and Yearly). The subscription provides access to premium features and unlimited virtual try-ons. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store subscription management.

Free Features: Some features may be available for free with limitations. Premium subscription unlocks full access to all features.

4. Account Registration

Account Required: To use Relook, you must create an account. Account registration is mandatory to access the application's features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Maintain only one account per person

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Interfere with the app's operation or security
  • Use automated systems to access the app
  • Share your account with others

6. Intellectual Property

Relook and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Mamont and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

7. Disclaimer

Relook is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Virtual try-on results are generated using AI and are for entertainment and visualization purposes only. Results may vary and should not be considered exact representations of how a hairstyle or color will look in reality.

Photo Processing: Relook requires internet connection to process photos and generate virtual try-on results. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, loss, or processing errors. You are responsible for backing up your photos and results.

AI Accuracy: While we strive for accurate results, AI-generated virtual try-ons are approximations and may not perfectly match real-world outcomes. Hair color and style results depend on various factors including lighting, photo quality, and individual hair characteristics.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mamont shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Relook.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
